Heather has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very thorough, writes very detailed reports, is kind, patient, and understanding. While other psychologists can be cut and dry, not explain things well, and not take your feelings and thoughts into consideration, Heather shines in all of these areas. When mistakes are made (in wording on reports) Heather is quick to correct them. Heather also was able to get us in quicker than other places. Heather also has answered the many questions I’ve had via email, never leaving me waiting too long. The experience has been wonderful.

Heather is the Best school psychiatrist in Ohio .She is very professional, humble, polite,loving, hardworking ,intelligent , dedicated, Caring, Considerate, a good listener , kindhearted, understands your learning process/how to help achieve your goals and she takes time to get to know you as a person. Also as I have gotten to know, Heather She has become more like family than just a school psychiatrist and would like to personally say thank you for everything that you have done and continue to do as a loving human being.We thank the Lord above for Blessing us with such a amazing gift. Heather was positively phenomenal throughout the entire process. My oldest son aged out while on a couple waiting lists, and Heather provided the services we had been waiting for. She has a very calming presence and was very easy to communicate with. I was unable to secure childcare for my younger two kiddos during my oldest's evaluation with her, and she welcomed all 4 of us to stay. Her office was already prepared for kiddos to enjoy sensory toys, puzzles, books, stuffies, and other things to keep them happy and occupied during his session. Additionally, her office is clean and relaxing. As far as the session itself, it was stress-free. She has a gentle approach, and my major introvert son (the one getting evaluated) said he was comfortable the whole time. Five star experience and five stars for Heather! Highly recommend!

I've rarely ever felt more listened to and understood with Heather. I'm so grateful that she takes Medicaid to give others a chance in finding out what's going on in their brain. Her whole office is so cozy and smells good. It was also easy to find. Heather pays so much attention and it's the best feeling.

Heather evaluated both me and my daughter. It’s so hard to find someone who is knowledgeable about autism in women, but Heather was very knowledgeable. She was professional and gave us many suggestions for accommodations as well as completing our assessments. Overall she was easy to talk to, professional, and thorough. Will recommend her to others!

I truly appreciate Heather's work. I could see through her dedication that she really cares for son's well being. Heather kept in contact with my family to let us know what other information she needed from. With her hard work our insurance company finally confirmed that the testing was relevant to his health and well being.

My 13yr old daughter has always been plagued with anxiety and hypersensitivity to others emotions. This has caused her to be "bounced" around between different Drs, counselors, psychiatric services, not to mention the trials of different medications just to try and help her cope with daily situations that can be overwhelming to her.
Her inability to manage emotions, has got her in serious hot water with her school, over something she did not do, but she could not express herself properly. Ultimately, its come to possible expolsion from school.
Heather, was a breath of fresh air. Her office is very welcoming, and she made it so easy for my daughter to open up and discuss hard topics. She was very through, spent hrs listening to my child talk while assessing her situation.
Heathers genuine interest and support was very apparent. It felt so good to finally feel like we have someone on our side. To not feel as though my child needs "fixed", but it was more like, Wow! Your child is brilliant and gifted and we're going to get her the help she deserves.
Now, we're waiting on Heathers assessment to start us on the right path. But, Heathers involvement goes beyond assessments, she is committed to being there on our behalf, by joining meetings, and even virtually speaking during our court hearing in the near future.
The assessment is just the beginning of our road to healing, and we know Heather will be there every step of the way.

Heather is amazing! She is authentic in her desire to improve the quality of life for those she serves. My son is very skeptical of people's intentions, but he was at ease with her. That truly doesn't happen often! She is very thorough and thoughtful. I have already recommended her services to family friends, and I highly recommend her to any and all reading this review as well. It's a challenge to find metal health professionals who are genuinely caring and exceptional at their specialties. Heather is both.
